Are you attributing the bump solely to this announcement or..? What a myopic point.
The reality concerning some holders (and to be frank, what should be concerning more) is that allowing directors to grant options like this will potentially dilute our own holdings. Like @Lilow said, maybe make a decent buy on-market because until then it just looks like the company is there to work for them and not shareholders.
