So if the SH approve the extra 10% of shares to issue they will have 25% of current SOI allowed to be used in a raise.
About 350 million new shares issued at lets go for 10c raise price as they still actually haven't done anything to make money other than continually tap SHs. $35million more for wages and a DFS sounds about right for these jokers...Nice lifestyle if you can get it...fast approaching 2billion SOI if that's how it plays out...
