It merely gives the company flexibility and oxygen in the event that a great opportunity comes our way. The co. is in biotech and SH should facilitate not restrict its ability to grow. There is nothing to say that increasing the facility will result in it being exercised. Thus far, SYC, has proven to be very prudent with funds and our SOI is relatively low given our pipeline of projects, don't you think?
