Whilst I usually agree the giving away of shares is an issue for 99% of the companies I follow or am invested in (feel free to see my rants on other stocks)

This is actually on the mild end of the scale for what MD's are pulling these days, I am a tad surprised the shares for each tranche are not higher to be frank

If Dave (and the company) can have us producing and delivering product to customers in the next 3 years, he will collect 1.5m shares (A total Dilution of 0.06%) I.e. Nothing

Its a big yes from me (to be frank I would have voted yes if it was double or triple the number of shares).

If product is being delivered in the next 3 years, every shareholder on here will be making a tough decision each night to crack open a bottle of Penfolds or go with a bottle of Leeuwin
