    not sure why they deserve any options as they sold the project off and really arent in the drivers seat any more.

    so a directors fee or salary is appropriate and only options in lieu of that cash if they believe in the future and want to work on a risk basis.

    ill vote no. i have a decent chunk of these. still believe in the project but dont see why they deserve performance incentives to return to that miserable strike price
