    OTC cannabis is restricted to CBD, only, and doses will be insufficient to treat conditions such as Dravet Syndrome.

    OTC cannabis will be near homeopathic doses (limited to products with at least 98% CBD) and will only be good for very minor problems such as short-term insomnia (if even that).
