No. Usually unable to vote with shares which have been lent out. One of the reasons, the short positions can dramatically drop around AGM time.
Is hard to know what the big shareholders and institutions are planning. Maybe we will see an announcement tomorrow withdrawing one or more of the resolutions. Maybe we will see one or more of them attend the meeting in person to vote and blindside the directors. Have witnessed that before on imu last year.
