so you agree first of all that there is NO DISCLOSED KPI for this NEW 8 Million performance rights allocated in attached Proxy ? If so then why approve this 8 million shares when you don't know at what KPI they are going to get it ???

Now, I get to your another point and demonstrate below how poorly it is managed by this current board and biggest danger I see is change in board currently proposed. in my opinion.

Have you looked at Performance of BLG.AX ? if so why do you want to support new chairman proposed after looking at BLG.AX share price performance ??

Now, talk about VN8 Performance since 2019 below, as below share price what currently has is same or even below what you had in 2019 so at no investment matrix with increased revenue as you say or increased EPS attractive to any investor... even if you ignore the pump around 2021 in my opinion.

anyone can go to market and buy business and increase revenue and debt and there is nothing smart in that unless it creates value for shareholders in my opinion... now value for shareholder will come either through share price movement or dividend or market sentiment which mostly mean higher up price appreciating business in my opinion.. !

So there is no way one can approve this 8 million shares unless board disclose what is the KPI for this NEW 8 million performance rights and why they are getting someone from BLG instead of promoting someone like Brent Paddon ???
