too bad ... see AGM is on 30th November 2022 while Proxy needs to be received by 28th November 2022.... so No is the only answer for this type of proxy for me.... !
why is it hidden or delayed in giving out KPI with Proxy ? look you probably have seen more AGM and realise that there are company who disclosed their KPI upfront while others are hiding it for whatever illogical reason in my opinion and I always reject those who don't disclose KPI with Proxy form or Remuneration report.
Regarding board appointment... what is good about BLG.AX that you want to support Chairman of BLG to be promoted on VN8 ??? Investment is not emotion so trust can only be vested if it is supported by evidence in my opinion..> !
there is nothing in BLG.AX that gives any trust to me to support new Chairman proposed ... sure Brent Paddon is one I support on board and also would have supported as Chairman based on his performance on company he co-founded nothing else .... as i don't know him personally .. >IMO.
