And I couldn’t agree more about LVT having amongst the worst corporate governance of any ASX listed companies and I’ve been saying this for a long time now.
But Karl is obviously the root cause of the problem - he is an absolute space cadet! The company is now only about a year away from running out of money (accessing further debt now would be impossible and raising equity very difficult) but instead of focussing on cost reduction and getting cash in the door (woeful cash receipts just reported), he is off on another tangent this time chasing the whole my net zero fantasy which I can all but guarantee will turn to sh*t like everything else has. He is just a salesman (and apparently a very poor one at that or the ARR would be significantly higher). He has no genuine leadership or managerial aptitude, hence the share price of $0.06!
The only way successful way forward involves a completely new board and management team (unless the company gets taken over first).
