Golfer49, that’s my understanding too but I don’t think the Managing Director gets full protection. As in once a board of directors is appointed that’s no longer supportive of Karl, they can sack him as MD. That stands to reason right? It’s always been the board that appoints and/or retains the MD. Can anyone else shed any light on this.
Assuming I’m right it explains the pathetic lack of any explanation in yesterday’s 4C (lack of providing the latest ARR figure, etc): Karl now knows that he’s lost control of the company!
