the timing of this reconstruction could not be any worse, being at an all time low
lets call it what it is , without this reconstruction the company would not survive
why did someone not see where this was going years back
the dilution would have been much less , with none of the contract clauses which will take a lot of focus away from the real game
20 m at 25 cents , when the price was 30 would have been much better for shareholders, they would have even supported it
