Just re read the announcement. Two things I’d like to raise, first one is that you’d be a fool to send your proxy forms into the company after what these guys pulled at the voting at the AGMs in question which they are currently at court for and the second thing is I don’t think the address they’ve provided for the hand in person option is correct. Might want to make some calls and get the correct address!
Why has the electronic voting option not been implemented for this AGM?? Isn’t it much easier and more accountable??
