We have until 3rd April to submit a proxy vote. I'll delay voting until closer to that date in the hope that there will be a couple of major announcements between now and then. If we still haven't had any positive announcements regarding funding, offtake agreements, etc by then, I will be voting against most of the proposals. Whilst I have a lot of faith in the NVX board I believe that they should share in the pain that most shareholders are feeling.
I keep reminding myself of one of Warren Buffett's quotes - “The stock market is a device to transfer money from the impatient to the patient”. Or perhaps this one: “Successful investing takes time, discipline, and patience. No matter how great the talent or effort, some things just take time: You can't produce a baby in one month by getting nine women pregnant.”
