I think the BOD have been doing a fantastic job! I don't give a rat's about the share price. But to be getting huge compensation before the company is even selling product is a bit rich. Sure when they are bringing in $1/2b in revenue, give yourself some performance rights. But until then it's not fair on the shareholders.
I've voted. Happy to keep them - will pay when the jobs done.
