    They keep lowering every issue, every year, trying to chase the declining share price. Most of the ESOP oppies are free aswell from memory. I dont look at the details anymore as its a dog. The fact that donnelly, tough and especially Ross haghighat are getting any oppies at all is beyond belief. Hopefully it gets a big fat NO vote.
