It is very disappointing when AGM ann. is nothing about FLC & reads like its an issue of easy directors options, with no downside for them.
'Skin in the game' on market director purchases is better (even if, in addition to oppies)
RI has in the past answered the question of options saying that it was his view that this is the most cost effective way to incentivise people (which is where I'd imagine this is coming from)
