Q - What will come first- paying off debt, dividends or CR?
A - Interest bearing debt will be gone next quarter. Presumably a CR for the capital works at Merlin will follow, and don't expect a dividend until Merlin is up and running, and that is only if we don't follow our MO and impulse buy any other fixer-upper projects in the meantime.
