Seems to be engineered where you need to open it in edit mode to validate whether it is all in order. And 90% of people will just submit what they see, which defaults their vote to Open.

Mystery solved. For now, as I'm waiting to see whether SH's are going to vote with their feet as they kick BobTheWrecker to the curb.

Yeah, I replied again and said that this is not investor friendly and different to other registry providers. If you have dozens of shares in your portfolio you sometimes loose track if you had already voted. I also could not see the warning notice in red.
