Essentially, once you’ve submitted, as with a paperproxy form, the proxy is lodged. To adjust that proxy, you need to start over –you don’t amend the previously lodged proxy. This replicates the process ofsubmitting a fresh paper proxy form.

Thanks for posting that.

Strange how the other registries offer a 'view' option and a 'change' option. Nice and neat.

Seems to be engineered where you need to open it in edit mode to validate whether it is all in order. And 90% of people will just submit what they see, which defaults their vote to Open.

Mystery solved. For now, as I'm waiting to see whether SH's are going to vote with their feet as they kick BobTheWrecker to the curb.
