Management is there to navigate through all possible issues, delays and risks. Management should be well aware time frame taken for approvals and inform the market if there are milestones met or why the delays.
Management is very focused on getting paid for 'performance' but what performance exactly? Extra performance moneys won't solve any delays.
Circus performers get on with the job of pleasing the crowd, cheaper to see and don't ask for more money whilst performing and are at least funny. Such a contrast. Management should take a visit to a circus and see what real performance is about - sadly they won't, as there is a circus of sorts within - not a funny one either. AIMO
