I think the BNL shareholders have demonstrated in the past that they are a force if they combine to send a message to the board.
I think shareholders should make the effort to vote and/or call the company and express their wishes.
In the long run BNL has the prospects and opportunity to do well. If they can deliver over the next six months with appropriately aligned incentives and maintain shareholder engagement and trust they will be very well placed at the end of this year to build a significant business.
