1. As per usual the performance rights ‘milestones’ are mostly low bar achievements that investors expect as minimum goals. That’s why we invest here. Why do employees need this incentive to do what they are already being paid to do? Buy shares like the rest of us on market and we all benefit. Why do people think by turning up to work they are worthy of a slice of the company owners (shareholders) profits, without the owners risk? Of course we would all like to benefit by buying shares at a 25% discount on any given day, just that it’s only offered to those on the inside.
