Probably want to avoid aspersions to entire races of people then, because that tends to appear pretty racist.
I agree that an exec team pocketing more than the quarterly revenue of the company is inexcusable after a point, but when you’re invested in a company that’s still spinning up to scale, I don’t know why it’s surprising… you’re not going to attract too talent by paying them nothing. The key is to start getting those runs on the board. The clock has been ticking long enough now.
