yeah but whether he gets his incentive doesn’t change what we have in the ground. It’s not like if he works really hard suddenly there is another 50mt in the ground.
drilling will continue regardless of whether he gets it or not, so it’s logical sense to me is that we don’t reward him. he’s not doing anything outside the scope of what he gets paid 500k a year to do but each to their own i suppose.
