i personally like management incentive schemes and especially the founder of a company should be rewarded for taking the initiative and the initial risk. my only problem is that a 50, 60, 70mt JORC doesn't mean we're getting into production. they could get rich af and the entire project could still go to shyte. I'd love to see these incentives connected to further important project steps like permits, pilot production, offtakes whatever. Just my two cents. I don't think it's gonna ruin us of it gets approved.
