I guess the FOR voters may argue Li is a hot sector and good people are hard to find so if we don’t look after the directors they will go elsewhere on more coin or where they are looked after better.
I like the concept but not the design of these incentives but in the end relative immaterial.when we hit 80mt and the share price is at 50c plus don’t think anyone will care.
