Worth noting well that the MD only gets all of the 70% performance bonus of $371K if the share price gets to 67.4c.
A bonus of $371k for a shareholders win of 289m x 28.4c = $82m doesn't sound like shareholders are being overly generous to me.
Prefer to see him rewarded for a 24/7 entrepreneurial effort than a 7/5 punch the clock paid executive roll doing his own thing in his spare time.
I hope he earns the performance bonus that is due the end of this year. I'll sell a few shares and buy a nice toy if he does.
