Surely all shareholders will be very happy if the share price trades at a VWAP of 69.3c in the last 20 days of trading in 2023 and won't begrudge the guys who made it happen a decent reward.
As there is no tax payable on receipt of the shares therefore its a very tax effective way of paying the employees while building loyalty.
