If anyone is TYM shareholder, then I suggest you give Niv Dagan a call at Peak as he is happy to take any calls and explain his thoughts in detail on why he has submitted a 249D to instil 2 new directors and have the current directors, Jason Conroy and Rhys Evans removed from the board.
After speaking to Niv it confirmed my doubts about the current management hence I voted AGAINST on all AGM resolutions!
It important that ALL shareholders cast their votes if you want to save our company from being delisted and the dreadful 200 to 1 share consolidation as proposed by the current management!
