I too have voted against all resolutions. At this stage, Ibelieve that there is insufficient information available from both parties as to how they see the best way forward. However I do believe that in the near future, three things are inevitible. In no particular order: - an influx of funds either via a CR or an investor - a consolidation (but not 1 for 200) - a clear briefing on the proposed direction forward. I do believe that this company has the basis of some good technology, but has been badly managed to date.
