@fooca appreciate all the time and effort you put in to your work on here in the spirit of keeping us informed.

I won't get into all the things that have gone wrong with this company as I've learned some hard lessons, all I can say is thank god we got the demerger out of the way and whilst i am still under I am confident I will be well ahead in the future on LLL.

What I will say though if for an ASX listed company to go silent and not even acknowledge a Director Nomination is totally unacceptable and possible in breach of ASX listing rules. I have emailed Mr Weir at our PR firm and reminded him of his/FFX obligations and requested they provide and update to shareholders on this nomination as a matter of urgency, I've also flagged with ASX.

I hope for everyone's sake common sense prevails and we receive an announcement before 31/5 advising us they have found a solution for Morilla and will return cash and shares to shareholders!
