Well - there goes my theory of the company having a deal ready for us to vote on at the AGM...

Problems for me is that i am voting almost completely blind in a sense. I would be a lot happier if the company at least gave some update before this AGM vote. So am inclined to vote No on director - even though I don't know if he was on the 'good' side of the directors when they had their meltdown at the time of the LLL listing.
