I cannot believe these guys want another 140M shares through a vote at the AGM next week in resolution 5, after Gavin Lockyer recently states at the Sydney mining conference (for the first time)-that they need their market cap as a raise!! That means a massive dilution.. Are these guys inacurate, asleep or have I missed the memo? A sneaky release from Gavin again!
It's a shocker that they want to reward themselves with further shares (further diluting us by circa 7%) for consistently failing to provide any value to us shareholders!
I'm Voting 'No' to resolution 5 until further notice.
Any other thoughts to convince us otherwise?
