I suppose in the same way that we trust management not to use the 15% facility (or additional approved 10%) to undertake CR after CR to fill the bank account and destroy the SP, we also trust that management will not just fill the pockets of employees or themselves whilst destroying the SP using this approval. Personally, I do have that kind of trust in management and the companies progress along with Nan's achievements support that.
I suppose in the same way that we trust management not to use...
