Sud Agarwal is facing a serious alleged legal issue which has impacted a number of companies, either as a result of the equity positions he is holding or the CRO contracts through Ingenu or Cannvalate. Apparently he is in bunkered down in Malaysia.
While he hasn’t been involved in IHL for nearly 2 years, the selling has certainly been brutal, albeit basically complete as I understand.
