agree........it could well be viewed as incentive payments and usually is but therein lies our problem. We know nothing about progress and they could be laying on the beach earning good dollars and all it took was a handful of promises.
Maybe an email to them the clarify what these conditions entail
No way will I be voting YES to any resolution...........we can vote yes next time after showing progress.
