The performance rights are not in line with investors either, they are not share price motivated meaning that TREO of 1% for example does not mean the share price will see a positive outcome because there’s much more to it than 1%.

The options he will not pay any money for, he will use the cashless trade method to acquire these, this means he essentially will borrow money from the company to vest his own options.

This guy is building a large position with 0 risk, I know this because I’ve followed RareX for a few years and he did it there too before he got quietly moved aside.

Don’t let these guys build large positions for free, they get paid already, let them buy on market if they truely believe in the drill bit!
