Q1 The original JV agreement included all exploration and included new claims. Board is keenly aware and discussions with the JV partner to farm-in their 15% at some point in time is broadly agreed (by both JV partners) as being an important step for providing clarity and certainty to the US market (potential alignment or critical step for US listing). Consideration was given to holding new licences in a seperate entity but cost and compliance was going to be prohibitive. Expect future NVA to hold 100% for simplified messaging and understanding of the opportunity to attract new investors.

Q2 Separation of CG and LS from discussions with the JV partner is keenly understood and very carefully observed. Craig Bently handles all negotiations and discussions with the JV and CG and LS excuse themselves from any Board decisions in respect of the JV.

Q3 Asked on the day, How is serach for Indepentent Chair progressing? A: Is not at this time. Did take some steps but the cost benefit not seen at this stage so currently on hold.
