Sorry but CAI is hopping along, producing very consistently , reducing debt, and will get to a stage whee the hedging obligation is gone and its a decent money maker. Macquarie can obviously see that and are not going to kill their Golden Goose of getting bullion at 20% discount, so they will extend the terms of the loan..(as long a PoG holds up). You've been schooled on this many times here by others as well. Make like a computer and punch the information into yourself.
