I don't believe the Board has any plans to use this power in the short-medium term (given where the share price is), but I will be voting no to RESOLUTION 3 – APPROVAL OF 7.1A MANDATE regardless. The company needs to keep costs down and allow the performance of the portfolio to shine through over time, leading to further steady NTA/share uplifts. That is what will ultimately lead to a rising share price.
