I reckon the directors are as nervous as the shareholders now that they have seen what has happened to the SP since joining. They now realise how hard it is to get a contract signed irrespective of the quality of the IP they hope to sell. One would guess that the director who paid 26 cents per share to see that they are only 2.9 cents currently would certainly lack confidence. The CEO wouldn't be to worried because $495k per annum plus plus is a pretty good wicket. If things don't go so well then move on to the next dairy.
