Channeling JFK's famous lines from his inaugural address OziB. I like it and what a marvellously selfless sentiment he suggested in that speech.
And given the historical failure of the many incarnations of the company to commercialise their IP to provide a shareholder return, perhaps it's something the current leadership might reflect upon before coming cap in hand to shareholders who have collectively subsidised the business over many years.
Some might argue that an intrinsic reward for a job well done might deliver more pleasure than a fistful of options.
