Welcome to the “Club”.
My sentiment changed to “sell” some time ago when I thought we were being led down the garden path and I voted “NO” to every resolution accordingly.
I fully agree that the CEO is being VERY handsomely rewarded for doing his job. If he now thinks he should be “rewarded” with cheap options as well, then I think he’s got a fairly over-inflated sense of his real value.
The words “greedy” and “so-and-so” might even be used in the same sentence by some…(not by me, of course.)
First; achieve the KPIs he himself set. If not; then explain why they were missed.
Secondly; show real growth in SH investment by growing the SP….THEN we might be receptive to options.
