he has done a great job but in saying that ,we are at crunch time over the next couple of months to convert the above into commercial deals and revenue. for what it's worth, imo I believe there will be a few announcements at a minimum.

is it enough to warrant David performance options. each to their own but as another poster pointed out this morning, that will be decided by how the top 20 shareholders vote. he will make it a certainty if he can get an announcement over the line in the next 7 trading days.

ps. found this interesting from the annual report.

"significantly change the size and scope of Anteo's CET division." David has really been working with a constrained budget. past management spent most of the $20m with multiple trials and reader purchases and is the lateral flow mc still in storage in the US?

it will be interesting how Anteotech could grow if and or when they have the funds to expand. in contrast to the last year they had to cut out projects and reduce staff while trying to grab a foothold into the CET market.

so at the very minimum we will get an operational update presentation at the agm and Manuel's presentation at the aabc in dec with an update with battery developments. but we really do need the 1st commercial deal to drop !!!!!

If he manages that (and it is significantly price appreciative) then the options strike price will be (perhaps well) above the 4.8 cents.

For that simple reason, if there is an ann, I highly doubt that it will give the SP much of a boost.

[IMO, the options strike price conditions would not have been structured as they are, if there was even just a sniff of a big ann prior to the AGM.]
