The options arrangement gives me a fear of a 2 year tenure with a smash and grab mentality - and exiting saying ' I converted an R&D comapny into a revenue focused one'...how much revenue? Who the hell knows what the revenue benchamark is? ... $100k per quarter?
I sure to hell hope his vision isnt as short sighted as the Option strike prices....
Unfortuantley my cynicism is amplifying as the days go buy with no contracts signed - which were elluded to many many times across the biotech and energy divisions.
