Im giving my proxy vote to the Chairman on this occasion - not because I’m an older shareholders who is afraid to be honest, real and scared of change .
this same conversation happens each year and the same old shareholders bang on about no change - they did it with Derek and jack and look where we are .
The only reason for my decision is the Chairman should be accountable & if he owns the responsibility of shareholders votes / he may be more inclined to hold the CEO to account.
whatever - the share price is 2.6 cents !
