Numerous factors for a Board in assessing the renumeration formulation are unknown to shareholders. This is the first time across many voting years that my meeting vote was made with proxy for the Chair’s direction.
As a fledgling entity competing in the exciting clean energy/battery sector, I’m thankful for a Board of the calibre Anteotech is blessed with.
Without disillusioned resignations from the current makeup of the Board I believe Anteotech believe they have the goods to break through with a flurry of agreements within the next 3-4 mths.
