I have no doubt he’s working like a Trojan.
He’s trying. But that’s what he’s paid to do.
A salary is for turning up to work and doing your job to the best of your ability.
PERFORMANCE OPTIONS are for when (in his case) his work succeeds and the Market Capitalisation of the company grows. Then everyone benefits and SH don’t mind awarding such options.
I have voted “NO” because I don’t believe he has earned them. In fact, M Cap is half what it was a year ago! Reward that? No way!
