Whilst I agree with what you're saying, they are still getting paid handsomely.
I've been holding for approx. 10 years and we are always on the brink of something..
whilst I know we now have a new CEO, actions (or rather, the SP) speak louder than words. More than happy to reward success but there has been none.
i know we hold another company (Ann was out last Friday), look at what they have accomplished over the sinilar 10yr period!
I still believe, at some stage something surely has to happen !
